Advertising and Recruiting for your vacant FT position. We will provide you with potential candidates based on your requirements.
Pre-interviewing of Candidates. Before we pass on any candidates, they are interviewed by an experienced FT based in China.
Personalized, Bi-lingual FT Contract of Employment. Every position is unique, and our contracts reflect this. Each one is written based on your needs.
Advice for Schools New to Employing FTs.
We also offer translation, international curriculum implementation and classroom material services through our 'Off-siting' department. Contact us for more details.
Fees will be discussed with clients during initial contact, but our maximum fee is 6,000 RMB per employed candidate (couples count as one candidate).
How it Works
The system is quite straightforward.
You contact us with details of your available position. We have a document to help you with this if requested.
We will begin the recruitment process straight away.
We will send CV's / pictures of pre-interviewed candidates to an email or QQ address of your choosing. We usually send updates over WeChat, so allocating us a WeChat contact for you would be highly beneficial.
We conduct a short site visit (details below).
Once you decide on a candidate, you offer them a position.
Before they arrive, we will provide you with a personalized FT working contract.
Once the candidate has arrived and been in your employment for one month, you pay us the service fee.
We understand that no other agency has this policy, but to date every single FT we have recruited has completed their contract. That's a 100% retention rate for the FT, and a 100% satisfaction level for our clients. This is helped, in no small part, to the accuracy of information we give to the candidate and the institutions we recruit for, most of which is obtained through site visits.
We will begin the recruitment process as soon as you request it, but before a FT arrives in China we will pay a complimentary site visit to you. This is a quick and painless process (usually taking less than 60 minutes) and 100% free, there are no fees for this even if the you decide not to utilize our services.

To ensure you are adequately prepared to accommodate a FT (if this is the first time you have employed one) and legally able to do so. We will also take some photos of your institution, which will help attract the right candidate.
To discuss the nature of the position in more detail. Initially this will be done via email, but doing it face to face will give us a better idea of what you actually want, which means we can refer only the most suitable candidates.

Physically meeting helps to put a "face to the name" and will dramatically improve our working relationship and the efficiency of the current and future recruitment drives. Most site visits will be on either Saturday or Sunday, but we can make alternative arrangements if requested. We will make this as unobtrusive and hassle-free as possible.
